Description
Acquisition capabilities of two synchronized Digisonde Portable Sounders 4D (Digisonde-to-Digisonde, D2D), transmitting on a fixed frequency to detect and evaluate arriving signal properties, usually with a long coherent integration time for a high Doppler frequency resolution. Commonly used for detection and subsequent evaluation of the traveling ionospheric disturbances (TID).
