IRTAM Assimilation: 2D global map of B0 from GIRO observations using NECTAR method

Description
Using real-time or retrospective data feeds from GIRO as reported in DIDBase, acquires observed B0 profile parameter data for assimilation in the IRTAM model using NECTAR technique. The outcome of this computation is global 2D maps of B0 that are fitted to the 24-hour timeline of B0 observations at GIRO locations.
