IRTAM Assimilation: 2D global map of B1 from GIRO observations using NECTAR method

Description
Using real-time or retrospective data feeds from GIRO as reported in DIDBase, acquires observed B1 profile parameter data for assimilation in the IRTAM model using NECTAR technique. The outcome of this computation is global 2D maps of B1 that are fitted to the 24-hour timeline of B1 observations at GIRO locations.
