Processing Input Parameters
- GONG or GONG-ADAPT solar photospheriic magnetogram
- The solar wind speed is calculated as a function of the flux tube expansion factor and the distance of the foot-point of the flux tube to the nearest coronal hole boundary. The radial component of the magnetic field and the plasma density are computed as a function of the wind speed. The plasma temperature is determined as a function of the plasma density.
