Description
Estimating with Least Mean Squares, and independently every 30 seconds, the EUV solar flux rate proxy as the slope in the solar-zenith angle cosine dependence of the solar flare ionospheric footprint (equation 2 in Hernández-Pajares et al. 2012, figures 1, 3 and 5).
