Description
Computation component of the WHISPER time-frequency electric field spectrogram analysis, in which the most appropriate spectrogram is selected for subsequent analysis and intepretation our of three possibilities: active, passive, or combined active+passive. Observed property is the same as in AcquisitionCapability of the instrument.
