eSWua IONORING tool: Short-term forecasting of vTEC

The 30 min forecasting maps are created based on the linear regression over each grid points by including the TEC estimated in the last hour, i.e., six time steps before.To account for the rapidly changing ionization rate during sunrise and sunset, the forecasting maps obtained from the regression are combined with the TEC nowcasting map evaluated at the same time the day before.
