WHISPER: Selection of spectrogram type for interpretation

Description
Once active and passive WHISPER time-frequency electric field spectrograms are ontained, this Computation describes a process component that selects the optimal spectrogram for interpretation out of three possible choices: active, passive, or combined active+passive.
