Activity Indicator: Solar Active Region Classification

Description
ARCAFF is a classification model that identifies and classifies persence of the active regions on solar magnetogram from NOAA. ARCAFF runs on demand to take the user-defined date and time and then locate the matching NOAA magnetogram to interpret it automatically.
