The observatory of Abuja is part of the Space Environment Research Laboratory (SERL) managed by the National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA). Besides other scientific equipments it hosts a GNSS scintillation receiver part of the INGV ionospheric monitoring network (www.eswua.ingv.it).
