Description

The observatory of Pizzi Deneri is located at 2828 meters height on the Mt.Etna Vulcano, Catania, Italy and is managed by the Istituto Nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia (INGV). Besides other geophisycal instrumentation, it hosts a GNSS scintillation receiver part of the INGV ionospheric monitoring network (www.eswua.ingv.it).
