The observatory of Saba, in the Caribbean, is managed by the Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (KNMI), Netherland (https://www.knmi.nl/home). It hosts a GNSS scintillation receiver. Data are owned by the KNMI and shared with the INGV eSWua system (www.eswua.ingv.it).
